Marine Construction

Dream it. We’ll build it.

Are you looking to remodel or expand your pier or deck? Our team of marine-building experts understands how to design and build attractive, durable piers and decks. Our services include construction for piers and bulkheads, pier expansion, replacing stringers or whalers, re-decking, repairing bulkheads/steps, installing boat lifts, or even adding to your waterfront property if you’d like to have more space.

Bulkhead construction

Coastal bulkheads, also called vertical revetments, are manmade structures built along the shorelines to help control property erosion. In the Chesapeake Bay region, many bulkheads are constructed from timber. Our construction team is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We carefully work with a team of structural engineers to design and build bulkheads that will manage erosion, preserve your property, add value, and not harm the environment of your waterfront. We work within your budget to construct bulkheads that are best suited to your property type.

The right materials for the job. Every time.

As part of our consulting process with you during the construction process, we’ll work with you to determine the proper material type for your pier. Appearance, price, and your property type will help us determine which type of material suits your needs best.

Piers built strong to withstand the elements

In the Chesapeake Bay region, you can’t risk building piers and structures that aren’t strong enough to withstand damage from high tides, winds, and storm surges. We carefully design and construct piers and structures so that they can withstand even the toughest elements that nature throws. If your structures have been damaged from storms, we can work with you to repair and retrofit your piers and docks.

We’re committed to environmentally mindful practices

True to our environmentally responsible policy, all of our marine construction projects are conducted in a way that’s mindful of the sensitive marine environment. Additionally, we also understand and work with all of the codes, regulations, and permits that are required for marine construction.
